Reid Pullen, DDS

Dr. Reid Pullen earned his B.S. in Biology from the University of California, Davis in 1995 and went on to receive his DDS from the University of Southern California in 1999. He completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry with the U.S. Army in Landstuhl, Germany in 2000, further strengthening his clinical foundation. In recognition of his commitment to advancing his skills, he became a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry in 2003. Dr. Pullen then pursued specialty training in endodontics, completing his residency at the Long Beach Veterans Hospital in 2006, and later achieved Diplomate status with the American Board of Endodontics in 2013—one of the highest distinctions in the field.

As a board-certified endodontist at Brea Endodontics, Dr. Pullen is dedicated to delivering precise, predictable, and technologically advanced root canal treatment. He remains deeply committed to continual education and the refinement of modern endodontic techniques to provide exceptional care to his patients and colleagues.

This dynamic lecture is designed to elevate the clinician’s confidence and mastery in performing endodontic treatment with greater efficiency, accuracy and clinical excellence. Through real-world strategies and practical pearls, attendees will gain deeper insight into proper diagnosis, emergency management, access refinement, canal negotiation, and streamlined shaping techniques.

The course emphasizes predictable systems that help clinicians reduce stress chairside, improve outcomes, and enhance overall workflow in both simple and challenging cases. During this half-day lecture, participants will learn the followings: 

• Understand accurate endodontic diagnosis
• Understand how to access the pulp chamber (regular and calcified canals) with efficiency
• Understand how to navigate down the canal and obtain an accurate working length
• Understand new shaping techniques that can streamline the endodontic process
• Understand how to effectively treat emergencies in your office
